Okay one thing we've noticed is that when you get in the chat session. Sometimes it may look like it is empty. It doesn't show the users that are online for some people so before you back out just simply put a "hey" or "whats up" before you quit the session, you never know someone may be online.

Is there a way we could make a "topic" that has the Chatbox?
So its not on the main page at all, it has its own place. :)
