My turbo seems like it is topping out or something.. I am boosting about 13 pounds which is stock but it seems like sometimes the turbo is topping out and then it will kick in.. like it is being restricted or something.. But I do have a 3" up-pipe down pipe and exhaust.. Anyone had a similar problem?

im going to guess either fuel cut/lack of fuel, or your clutch is slipping

do your RPMS shoot up without your car going anywhere?

you don't need a stage 2, you could even get an open source tune. just get it done. because it is messing up alot of stuff.

An open source tune would qualify him for stage 2 with the other mods he has done.
