Does anyone know someone that will pass my car with illegal tint and smoked tailights? My registration expires and I just checked and I have to the the safety and emissions....

GL... I had to pay a guy 50 bucks to pass my windows and lights. two weeks later got pulled over and had to remove the tint from my windowns and lights. FROWNYFACE
