im going to be changing my oil real soon and i was wondering what the best oil would be for the colder temperatures. right now i have mobil1 full synthetic 5w30.....so should i stick to that or whats

I like to run thicker in the summer time. 10w30 or 10w40. In the winter I would think 5w30 would be best. Track days I am 15w50.

In michigan, mid winter we would typically have a few weeks where it would never be above zero. I ran 0w30 during that time. Otherwise, I run 10w30. Mid winter I will typically drop to 5w30.

get the valvoline synpower 5w30. if ur car has under 75000 miles and u keep ur receipts with oil changes, they will warranty your engine up to 300,000 miles
