They are not timed events. I used my Access port to record mph last time out and I hit 87 on the straight away between Tooele turn and clubhouse. They keep the track pretty tight to keep inexperienced people from destroying their rides. It is well worth the $20 fee!

Wanna know my ghetto way? I start a CD track at 0:01 and hit play when I go. Then hit pause when I stop. Tada! Your time!

Or have someone time you (obviously more precise). I get my GF to come and time and take photos.

Thanks. Too bad I had to leave early. Only got one lap in.
In the middle of my second lap my brakes disappeared! Yeah, really freakin scary. Pedal to the floor and nothing. Luckily it was by the pits so I had tons of run off space. Something is wrong.....

Seriously. 75+ cars is ridiculous. Last time I got 10 laps, I imagine 4 was lucky this time.

It would have been fine if they opened the entire track. At least that way the laps would have been longer than ~2 minutes. $20 for 8 minutes of track time is bunk.

True... but I've enjoyed it a lot more than other times. Where we started was really good. I had fun time!!!! Of course waiting for the run was bit long... but time went by waiting time became shorter too.

yeah, i would have liked a little more seat time, but it wasn't too bad chilling and talking between runs. Just wish they did stuff like this more often. I would go every week if I could.
